Description
New opportunity for a Payroll & Accounts Administrator to join a small welcoming firm of Accountants in Glasgow on a part-time basis.
As the firm's key point of contact for payroll, you will be responsible for processing weekly and monthly payroll for a range of clients.
You will support the partner by answering payroll queries, managing client records and obtaining relevant data required to meet payroll deadlines.
You will also process weekly timesheets, file monthly CIS returns and support with general bookkeeping/VAT tasks including data entry, bank reconciliations and uploading client receipts.
Systems used include EARNIE payroll, Nest pensions, Xero, Freeagent, Sage and Quickbooks.
You will also support with general office administration tasks including maintaining practice management software, client admin, filing and answering the office telephone for inbound client queries.
