Description

We're looking for a Corporate Responsibility Data & Reporting Lead on a 6 month fixed term contract to join our team in London as part of our Legal & Corporate Affairs Team.


Key Responsibilities- Maintain reporting mechanics which gather data from across all Ascential brands in order to track progress across all our ESG metrics- Use gathered data to report effectively on our ESG work and the impact- Respond to ESG ratings requests and external benchmarking surveys, approx 10-12 a year- Data gathering and analysis for key reports e.g.

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, ESG Annual Report Research and report back on specific CSR themes or areas of interest in order to understand best practice, potential partners and benchmark activity.- Maintain internal and external stakeholder update dashboards- Support internal CSR projects as required- Stay up-to-date with any regulatory and industry led developments in core areas of CR.

Your Experience- Excellent numerical, analytical and communication skills- Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience using them to both gather and analyse data sets and information
- both qualitative and quantitative.
  • Experience of quality control and maintaining accuracy in data sets
  • Experience designing presentations and presenting data and information visually to influence and engage through storytelling
  • Experience of using a wide range of data sources to respond to a range of both internal and external data requests
  • Ability to manage a range of stakeholders and build effective working relationships
  • Experience of managing a wide range of priorities and effectively managing workload to hit multiple deadlines.
