Description
To assist the Plant & Transport Department with administrative support relating to day to day operations and compliance._


Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:


  • Support with internal controls of company owned plant
  • Liaising with the company Store Person
  • Administration of all plant paperwork
  • Support with Driver Licence Checks
  • Service record keeping
  • Answering the telephone & responding to Emails from customers
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support
  • To collate information and maintain databases; to monitor and update when required office and operating processes and procedures
  • Communicating with Site/Project Managers to book in plant service, repairs, and training

Health and Safety Responsibilities:


  • Understand the risks associated with their work and carry out their work safely to minimise risks around the workplace

Monday - Thursday and Friday


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
