Description
To assist the Plant & Transport Department with administrative support relating to day to day operations and compliance._Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Support with internal controls of company owned plant
- Liaising with the company Store Person
- Administration of all plant paperwork
- Support with Driver Licence Checks
- Service record keeping
- Answering the telephone & responding to Emails from customers
- Providing exceptional customer service and support
- To collate information and maintain databases; to monitor and update when required office and operating processes and procedures
- Communicating with Site/Project Managers to book in plant service, repairs, and training
Health and Safety Responsibilities:
- Understand the risks associated with their work and carry out their work safely to minimise risks around the workplace

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From £21,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

- Glasgow: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
