As a Master scheduler in our UK Aftermarket organisation, you will support the Field Engineering & Project Management teams. In this role you will be the Primavera P6 expert, customising the system's implementation structure and design to successfully track and visualise project timelines and completion dates.

Your day to day includes liaising with department managers and contributors to monitor project advancement and providing reports using your advanced Excel skills.

By creating and managing a schedule, you will provide regular status of projects to assist engineers, supervisors, and department managers in overseeing engineering costs and making timely decisions.

As a qualified Master Scheduler, you will have:

  • Primavera P6 architecture skills
- practical scheduling and resource planning experience within an engineering or manufacturing environment
- proficiency in Power BI, Power Query & Tableau leveraging advanced Excel skills to create detailed reports
- a relevant degree or equivalent qualification.

Your skills in scheduling will enable you to:

  • create master/discipline schedules to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet project dates
- use cost price analysis documentation to determine resource requirements for projects
- expedite operations that delay schedules and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions
