Opportunity for an experienced Manager to join my Client's specialist support services across the North of England providing semi supported living services

This is a field based role with travel across North of England services as required. - Car allowance - £4,000
As Peripatetic Manager you will Develop and deliver detailed plans for continued service developments in line with the Trusts core aims and objectives linked to the Strategic Plan, including managing budgets

  • Take overall responsibility for the effective management of projects as assigned by the Director of Operations, thereby ensuring the provision of the highest quality standards of care and treatment, driven by the needs of the individual.
  • Meet full compliance in line with the requirement of the regulatory body and relevant legislation.
  • Take support existing Service Mangers to meet the quality requirements and cover the Service Manger role should the need arise
  • Manage organic and planned change within services, to meet the demands of new business.

The role will focus on supporting Service Managers, quality & compliance, project management work, new service development and budgetary control and management

Hold QCF (NVQ) level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification in Social Care/Health which meet Regulatory Requirements or a commitment to work towards:


  • In depth knowledge of statutory requirements such as Care Quality Commission regulations and outcomes:
- **At least 5yrs experience of managing supported living services, homecare agencies and/or housing
