2 Year Fixed Term Contract /Secondment Opportunity

This is a multi-faceted role offering an exciting opportunity for an experienced Employment Advisor to further develop their career in a dynamic new team, based within Community Drug Treatment Services.

The post holder will work as part of a community drug and alcohol treatment service; maintaining an integrated and holistic approach to recovery through employment.

Successful applicants will support a caseload of people to gain and sustain paid employment.

They will also facilitate, develop and maintain excellent working relationships with employers, brokering job opportunities for the client group; closely guiding and supporting them into sustained employment.

Hackney is one of Britain's most exciting and fastest-changing boroughs. We have changed the reputation, not just of the Council, but of Hackney itself.
