Warehouse Operative
The Coffee House is a chain of independent coffee shops based in the North West.

We opened our first store in Lymm village in 2011 and have been continuing to grow the business ever since.

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the operation of a forklift and other warehouse equipment.

The position requires the individual to operate a forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment to move freight to and from the various locations within the warehouse.

The individual will also be responsible for picking orders and receiving orders from suppliers.

The position requires the individual to work on their feet for prolonged periods of time and involves moving and processing product in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Support the warehouse manager with unpacking deliveries
Picking for all our stores in preparation for the evening delivery
Understanding the process of preparing orders, managing the stock system and being involved in regular stock takes.
Help identify issues with stock shortages
Accuracy is key at all times.
Clean and tidy the warehouse ensuring it remains a safe environment.
Be aware and compliant of all company Health and Safety policies and procedures.

Requirements for the role:

Flexibility
Weekends are involved but as part of a schedule designed to maximise work life balance for all of the team.
Reliability is a key attribute for this role.
Good attention to detail, and confidence with following processes.
A team player
