Simpson Judge are exclusively partnered with a rapidly growing SME. They're looking to hire a Financial Controller to join the business and take control of the finance function. Reporting into the Managing Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing business and influence change.
The Financial Controller reporting into the MD will be responsible for:

Financial Controller Key responsibilities:
Production & presentation of monthly management accounts including balance sheet and profit & loss.
Variance analysis and commentary on monthly management accounts.
Reconcile balance sheet accounts and deliver summary reconciliation reports to the Managing Director.
Improving and maintaining robust financial controls.
Cash flow management forecasting & reporting.
Company budget production.
Overseeing the completion and submission of accurate and on-time VAT submissions to HMRC.
Supervising external audits

Financial Controller requirements:
The successful candidate will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or qualified by experience.
Have experience in working in an SME environment.
Experience in using ERP software.
For this the Financial Controller will receive a competitive salary of up to £60,000 plus benefits
