Located in London, we are looking for an Innovation Software Consultant to join our UK team


Responsibilities:

To support our continued growth, we are looking for a R&D Tax Consultant to join our London team.
Working closely with and reporting into the R&D Tax Manager, your role will involve:

After a complete training, you will be specialized in the different UK R&D grants and tax incentives, in charge of maximizing their benefits for innovative businesses.

Independently leading and managing the R&D claims process for SMEs and large companies.
Advise clients on improving performance of their R&D strategy and Innovation management.
Being involved in discussions with high profile stakeholders.
Playing a role in strategic decision-making of FI Group.


Skills and requirements:

Technical background:

Software Engineering; For example, a BSc, MScBEng, MEng or PhD in software engineering or ICT, or experience of working in the software industry.

A first professional experience as consultant or in the industry is a plus. Knowledge in UK R&D tax incentives and/or R&D grants and incentives are an asset.
Knowledge/ experience of UK Financial Sector would be helpful but not essential.

Autonomous, persistent and proactive, with a strong taste for challenge, you're looking for a job in a diversified environment.

Ability to manage a high workload as the job requires providing a professional service to up to 30 clients per year through the management of the financial and technical aspects of their claims.

Able to create good relationships with the rest of the team, as contribute to the good atmosphere we have.
