    Job Description:

    Responsible for planning and managing business change activities on Information Governance Programme, developing an appropriate journey for impacted business areas.


    • Drive the use of appropriate elements of the Business Change Approach to support the business in managing complex change, including new ways of working
    • Support the implementation, adoption of Information Governance Programme
    • Define and develop the communication and engagement approach and plan to ensure the engagement and commitment of stakeholder groups, including choosing the appropriate tools and channels. Own, plan and manage the design, development and delivery of quality, accurate and timely communication and engagement materials and activities.
    • Plan and facilitate engagement sessions (one-to-one and project-wide) with impacted business areasAnd then some specific skills...Substantial previous experience of working across most or all Business Change disciplines on large scale transformational projects and programmes.

    Experience of managing transformation project lifecyclesStrong networking skills, building stakeholder engagement and influencing at senior level.g training, communications to meet business needs.
