Role:
Finance Assistant - Global Hospitality Business
Location:
Central London (hybrid working)
Role Responsibilities
- Processing all payables invoices through their scan and capture technology in Netsuite
- Regular reconciliations of our key suppliers' accounts
- Managing accounts inbox, ensuring great communication with our suppliers and ensuring all suppliers are paid on time, as well as resolving any queries that arise during the period
- Preparing of weekly payment runs
- Processing customer receivables invoices
- Chasing overdue debt and reconciling customer accounts
- Weekly bank reconciliation
- Adhoc pieces of work to support the Finance team, e.g. supporting on budget process
- Accounting related degree or training towards ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification
- Intermediate to strong user on excel
- Able to produce accurate work with strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills, both verbally and written
- Proactive and keen to learn
- Experience of using Netsuite a bonus, but not essential
