Job Description

Home Instead Crowborough is looking for kind and compassionate individuals to join our team and make a true difference in our clients's lives by delivering high quality care in Biddenden . At Home Instead we value the amazing work that our Care Professionals do every day. In order to help you achieve the best for yourself and your clients, we offer:

Competitive pay £12 - £15 per hour. Bank Holiday Rate: £24 per hour

Minimum 1 hour calls – with client matching for continuity.

Positions available: full time, part time, fixed and flexible contract.

Training - full induction programme where we provide award winning training and other opportunities including apprenticeship

Pension Scheme: available

Employee referral bonus programme: £100 after 60 hours of care delivered by the referred Care Professional

Mileage and travel time / waiting time: 35 P per mile, £10 per hour.

Other benefits including: discounts schemefor shopping, basic health checks and a 24/7 Employee Assistance Programme.

What you will bring:

Help clients to remain happy, healthy and thriving in their own homes Responsibilities may include:

Companionship and wellbeing support

Help with everyday tasks from cooking a meal to light housework

Helping your client access their community by accompanying them to the shops or appointments

Help with washing, dressing or bathing.

Qualifications

You do not need any experience or particular qualifications to become a Care Professional, you just need to be a genuine caring person and have a big heart.

Some voluntary experience would be helpful, especially if you have cared for a loved one.

Car and Full Driving licence are required.
