As a Principal Structural Engineer, you will play a key role in leading and managing complex structural engineering projects across various sectors, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and innovation.

Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept through completion.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate structural solutions into overall project designs.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate project progress and outcomes.
Develop and review engineering calculations, drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
Mentor and develop junior engineers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative team environment.
MEng or BEng in Civil Engineering (or equivalent)
Minimum 10 years of experience in structural engineering with a focus on project management and leadership roles.
Experience of working on a wide variety of projects including residential, commercial and leisure.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
