Do you have experience working with premium brands, high-end retail or luxury hospitality experience? Are you looking for a new opportunity in Sheffield? We are looking for a Premium Automotive Care Specialist, and the role comes with a salary £21,757 plus benefits.

You will be supported and rewarded for doing what is right for the long-term success of the customer and business.

As a Premium Care Specialist, your role will be to support customers with their premium/luxury automobile queries. You will be taking ownership of the concern to ensure a satisfactory resolution for the customer and client.

Being passionate about the automotive trade, you will demonstrate an understanding of the terminology and technical issues that may be the cause of the customer complaint and be able to translate technical terminology into easy-to-understand language.

Demonstrating a positive attitude and passion for customer care through enjoying direct contact with customers by telephone and other means
Making customers feel special through personalisation and exceptional service
Being fully invested and present in every conversation
Having a consistently high level of professionalism and being a brand ambassador

You will also require the following:

Excellent typing skills (35pm)
Computer literacy competent in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, Internet Explorer, Edge and Google Chrome
Passion for cars or knowledge and interest in the automotive industry in order to understand automotive technical issues and terminology
Ability to be patient and friendly with all types of customers
