We are looking for a confident individual with relevant experience within the hotel industry who is passionate about providing exceptional care and delivering an outstanding service to each customer.

You will be a confident communicator, working closely with others to build strong working relationships both internally and externally - liaising with other departments and subcontractors to ensure any issues that arise are dealt with swiftly and effectively.

Typical day of a Guest Services Supervisor will be spread across working on Hotel Reception and assisting with Hotel Operations:

Running a busy Reception department consisting of a small team of Receptionists and all that goes with it.
Answering a variety customer queries
Being responsible for the closure of all customer care queries some may be simple, some may be complex requiring progressive solutions and interaction with clients.
Developing customer satisfaction goals and achieving high levels of customer service.
Liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage, night team in relation to customer issues.
Providing a full breakdown of customer issues in survey reviews to General Manager

- who can grow the department to meet the needs of the business in the future.
