Butler Rose is proud to be working with a leading organisation in their sector who have a head office based in Kettering as we support them in recruiting for a Credit Control Manager.

This role is ideal for someone with hands on managerial experience who wants to come in and make the role their own.

You will be responsible for a small team of credit controllers meaning you'll need to have strong communication and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare weekly and monthly reporting on aged debt and KPI's
Liaise with other departments to ensure performance is as it should and achieve financial results
Look for opportunities to improve and implement processes
Ensure the team are collecting cash and debts within timeframes
Credit checks on new and existing customers with constant review
Ensure the team are in a position to perform their role as they should.
Strong Credit Control experience
Hands on management experience
Excellent communication skills and people development skills
Good IT Skill
