The company

You will be joining a forward-thinking main contractor based in West London who are renowned for being specialists in turnkey Design and Build, operating in the UK & Europe.


The position

As the Site Manager you will be responsible for using Asta programmes, completing RAMS reviews (risk and method statement reviews), doing reports on Microsoft Word and Excel, completing a construction phase plan.

All aspects are very important to the businessand will require someone who can do all of this.
This is for a major new build data centre project in West London.

Could this role be for you?

  • Must have a working knowledge of ECC, JCT & NEC contracts
  • At least 6 years site experience
  • Good understanding of steel frame/concrete projects
  • Experience with a main contractor
  • HNC/HND/ Degree ideally
