Are you an experienced Senior Sales Consultant looking for an exciting opportunity to join an award-winning, family-run Estate Agency in Chelmsford, Essex? We are seeking a motivated and skilled individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in property sales to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:


  • Generate leads, actively seek out new business opportunities, and build a strong network of contacts within the local area.
  • Carry out property viewings with potential buyers, showcasing the features and benefits of each property.
  • Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers, striving to achieve the best possible outcomes for all parties involved.
  • Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth and timely transaction process.
  • Provide regular updates and feedback to clients, keeping them informed of progress and addressing any concerns.
  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of the local property market, industry trends, and legal requirements.
  • Contribute to the ongoing success of the agency by actively participating in team meetings and sharing ideas.
  • Previous valuing experience is ideal but not necessary.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a Senior Sales Consultant within the property industry.
  • Strong knowledge of the local property market in Chelmsford, Essex.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and negotiate effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Selfmotivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanour, with a positive attitude and a passion for helping people.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
We offer a competitive salary, attractive commission structure, and opportunities for career development, along with 35k OTE.


Salary:
£35,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

  • Chelmsford, Essex: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Experience:

- estate agency sales: 3 years (required)


Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License and access to your own car (required)
