On behalf of an independent estate agents based in Maidstone, Kent, Hawk Personnel are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join their team as a Lettings Negotiator.


Duties:


  • Assist clients in renting properties
  • Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to tenants
  • Negotiate offers between tenants and landlords
  • Prepare and complete all necessary paperwork for property transactions
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team targets and objectives

Qualifications:


  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Administrative skills to handle paperwork efficiently
  • Multilingual abilities are a plus, but not required

Pay:
£21,000.00-£23,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Maidstone: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • Driving License (required)
