Due to an internal promotion they are looking to recruit an upmarket, experienced and polished estate agent for their Sutton Coldfield office. They are looking for someone extensive Valuation experience and ideally at the mid to top end.

This is a rare opportunity for a dynamic and self-motivated Estate Agent to join a growing firm. A good conversion rate for bringing new instructions to the market is also essential.
The main thrust of the role will be valuing and winning instructions whilst ensuring a competitive fee level and service standards are maintained. You will also be expected to perform any other duties to ensure the smooth running of the office.
You will receive an excellent basic salary in line with your experience, commission and many further perks.
