Business Change Manager - Inside IR35

We are currently working in partnership with United Utilities, the UK's largest listed water company providing regulated water & wastewater network in the North West.

What you'll do

Contribute to the continual evolution and maturity of Digital Delivery's change methodologies and approaches
Support the delivery of a plan for change education within UU as a whole
Be the expert on change methodology within the project/programme and therefore be the primary point of contact/consultancy for that team and the business area(s) impacted by the change
Provide the project manager with a detailed view of size, shape and cost of activity to deliver the change outcomes and any ongoing progress reporting thereafter
Own and lead change management activities within a project or programme environment
Ensure an appropriate governance framework is in place within the project/programme to monitor progress of change activity and levels of business readiness
Identify the appropriate success factors and process confirmation in order to understand the effectiveness of change activity
Ensure an appropriate change network is in place to help deliver change outcomes
Ensure there is a clear understanding of the change impact to people, process, data and systems
Ensure that the impacted end user is fully and appropriately engaged and is at the heart of all change related activity
Accountable/responsible for the creation of all change related documentation within a project or programme environment and to ensure they are of the required quality
To matrix manage and lead any change related resource within a project or programme environment in order to deliver against the change outcomes
