    We are currently seeking an dynamic Ecommerce National Account Manager to join their UK subsidiary. This role is particularly critical as the business enters into an exciting phase of growth. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in realising ambitious objectives in the UK market.
    RESPONSIBILITIESHold responsibly for 3rd party Ecommerce/ Pureplayers. Spearheading growth initiatives in the UK across pivotal online accounts.
    Collaborate closely with the commercial team to define and execute account-specific strategies.
    Utilise comprehensive data and business analytics to formulate commercial strategies, proactively identifying opportunities.
    Ensure precision in commercial reporting and forecasting.
    Cultivate robust relationships with E-retailers, acquiring profound knowledge to drive business development and optimise return on investment.
    Monitor and communicate competitor activity and performance within the designated National Account Groups.

    REQUIRED SKILLSProven sales experience working with Pureplayers / 3rd Party Ecommerce / E-tailers as a National Account Exec/Manager within the Beauty sector.

    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities with meticulous organization.
    Exceptional planning, monitoring, and analytical skills.
    Proficient in P&L and budget planning.
    Advanced customer management skills, including effective communication and impactful presentation delivery.
    Demonstrates a robust sense of individual accountability and autonomy in work.
    Willingness to contribute innovative ideas and approaches.
    Commitment to delivering results and achieving ambitious targets.
    Flexible approach, capable of adapting to challenges and changing priorities.
    Ability to make informed decisions swiftly, balancing intuition and facts.
    Our client offers flexible working with 3 days in their London office. An excellent salary & bonus dependant on experience plus health care and pension. They have a highly collaborative team culture in both their UK subsidiary and European Global office.
