• Deliver all Client and property accounting services to a high standard
• Maintain up-to-date financial records and manage accounting regulations
• Collaborate with team members to resolve queries
• Support contractual compliance and continuously improve financial management processes

• Develop and improve processes to meet client service standards
• Ensure compliance and control requirements are met
• Participate in control activities

• Enhance efficiency and control of day-to-day work
• Act as main contact point for Clients and relevant parties
• Produce client accounting records and reports
