Gecko Travel are excited to be working with this specialist, luxury travel business based in London who are recruiting an Aviation and Operations Executive to join their team on a permanent basis.

As Aviation and Operations Executive you will play a crucial role in optimising both our relationships with airline partners and the commercial benefits we derive from these partnerships to their fullest extent.

Collaborating closely with your fellow Aviation Executive you will be supporting all airline ticketing functions and aviation processes - complying with airlines rules, regulations and deadlines.

Preparing and issuing tickets using Amadeus GDSProcessing refunds and reissuesDealing with schedule changes, name changes and general amendmentsUpdating other departments on airline offers and updatesSupporting the operations teamYou will have:
Minimum 2 years experience in a similar roleProficiency using Amadeus GDS (essential)

A good understanding of BSP regulations and reportingPerfect English (written and spoken)A strong understanding of airline rules and faresAdditional Information:
