  • This role is hybrid, 12 days WFH, 3 4 days in the office. Monday is a normal WFH for the whole team._

Job purpose

  • Ensure the contractor receives a timely welcome to our company
  • Maintain regular contact with contractors to ensure high level of service
  • Be first point of contact for all contractor queries and coordinate responses with assistance of team
  • Ensure service level to contractor is maintained. Provide fast, efficient and accurate responses.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Create and maintain database records
  • Manage contract issuing and signing process meeting KPI's
  • Manage contractor payment cycle, including responding to agency and contractor queries meeting KPI's
  • Respond to ad hoc queries from inhouse teams and externals (contractors and agencies) meeting KPI's
