The Role:
- Puttshack is looking to attract a diverse team of fun hospitality associates who care deeply about creating an elevated, oneofakind guest experience.
- Guest Services Associates will handle inbound enquiries and ensure our guests get answers in a timely fashion.
Location:
HQ (London), or Bank Puttshack
Working Hours:
Varied hours available. Availability on evenings and weekends is a must.
Pay Range:
£11
p/h
Reports to:
Guest Services Team Leader
Fix term contract:
From 6th September to 31st of December 2023
Key Responsibilities:
- Bring your 'A' Game each and everyday
- Lead by example by demonstrating Puttshack core values
- Provides enthusiastic and efficient responses to guest enquiries on all inbound channels:
- Website form
- Phone enquiries
- Proactively solves guest issues and feedback
- Handle inbound guest requests to add new bookings, change/edit mini golf bookings and reissue confirmations
- Provide additional phone support for invenue sales execs when required
- Compiles guest feedback to help enhance guest experience
- Report technical issues to Team Leader for investigation and software updates
- Work with broader Puttshack UK team to identify trends in feedback and suggest changes to processes or systems that will enhance the guest experience
Who you are:
- You have a positive attitude and natural problem solver
- Have experience working as guest services associate or community manager on social channels
- Have experience working with sprout social platform is preferred
- Have experience in working with Zendesk or other feedback tracking tool would be a bonus
- Passionate to deliver the best experience for our guests
