Venn Group has been approached by a leading housing association in Preston to recruit for an Repairs Administration Assistant on a temporary basis.

The duties, of which experience is essential, will include:

  • Updating and maintaining databases and customer records
  • Assisting Planning team in daytoday supervision of responsive repairs and compliance legislation with the ability to confirm and arrange appointments at the first point of contact
  • Liaising with internal and external teams
  • Raising requisitions, processing invoices, resolving queries, prebills and running financial reports, updating records, across all work programs
  • Microsoft office package including Word, Outlook and Excel
  • Essential experience / skills:
  • Administration Experience
  • Dealing with high volume of calls

Desirable experience / skills:

  • NVQ in Business Administration
