Location:
London (Hybrid working with minimum 40% of time in the London office.

Job Profile
As an Individual Giving Executive in CAFOD's Supporter Fundraising section, you will manage a range of offline and online projects in our individual giving programme.
Our individual giving programme raises over £13 million a year and is critical to ensuring CAFOD can fulfil its long-term commitment to overseas partners.
We are looking for a passionate fundraiser with a can-do attitude who has experience of managing appeals on and offline; managing multiple deadlines simultaneously and working with a range of stakeholders.
The post is based within the Individual Giving team and reports to the Individual Giving Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign project management
- Plan, manage and deliver successful campaigns on time across a range of channels (print, digital and telephone) for a faith audience
- Operate within budgets and achieve income targets outlined in annual plans
- Produce clear and succinct briefs to agencies, suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Proven ability to make data selections and targeting for appeals and other fundraising campaigns.
- Use marketing judgement to proof, edit and develop compelling creative and make sound decisions with the ability to make last minute changes to creative and data selections.
- Work closely with Data, Supporter Care, Communications and Digital teams to deliver campaigns and evaluations successfully
- Continually test and learn across campaigns to improve performance
Reporting and analysis
- Closely monitor campaign results and provide updates on performance
- Produce postcampaign analysis reports
- Work with the Data team to develop and update existing reporting mechanisms
- Make recommendations to improve the performance of future campaigns based on evidence and data
Working with others
- Consult and work with appropriate teams, staff members and volunteers within CAFOD to ensure fundraising projects are as successful as possible.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and agencies
Marketing research, product development, competitor analysis and industry perspective
- Use existing research and, where appropriate, undertake and commission new research
- Identify, research and develop new products, propositions and fundraising initiatives
- Keep up to date with industry developments and act upon direct and digital marketing trends and statistics
All staff are expected:
- To attend and contribute to regular Team, Section, Group and CAFODwide meetings and briefings
- To participate in learning and development as requested by the line manager
- To work as a supportive member of the team, working on projects that benefit the whole section or Group, providing cover for and training of other Section members and volunteers as required
