We are looking for an organised and enthusiastic Programme Support and Business Improvement Officer to lead on the transformation programme support, including maintaining logs and tracking progress and to provide specific project support and support for business improvement activities.


About you:

You will be resourceful, self-motivated and adaptable to a rapidly changing and dynamic environment.


You will have a high level of administration skills with experience of supporting projects, maintaining project documentation and an understanding of process improvement tools.


You will have strong ICT skills including M365, Power BI and internet content management and an appetite to embrace new technology to support programme delivery.


You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building and sustaining relationships in order to achieve results with an engaging and approachable style.


This is a new and exciting role that will support significant organisational change so you will be passionate about being part of a team that will make a real difference.


The role:


As the Programme Support and Business Improvement Officer you will provide programme and project support and administration to the transformation team, maintaining project documentation, arranging and facilitating meetings and liaising with other departments.


You will support the Transformation and Improvement Manager in delivering transformation and business improvement activities, including running process mapping and information gathering workshops, analysing data and identifying opportunities to improve business processes.


You will foster strong and effective relationships across departments and within the programme team to ensure the appropriate administration and communication of change projects.


The role will be dynamic and varied, working with teams across the organisation on a range of significant change projects.
