Finance Manager | Property Investment |£50K + Study Support

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a leading independent real estate investment, asset and development management company on the hire for a Finance Manager to join their fast-paced team.

This role is newly created in response to the relentless growth which has seen our client increase their portfolio to 40+ Sites.

There are clear plans to continue to increase Y-o-Y growth and hiring a Finance Manager who is looking to grow with the companyis imperative.

The role will oversee the day to day running of multiple sites (2), reporting directly to the Finance Director and the sites General Managers.

A standalone position, the role is an exceptionally important link between the sites and the investors. Boastinghuge opportunity to grow as a professional and have autonomy to create impact within a major investment company.

This role is based out of luxury designed offices and oversees operationalfinance so there is an expectation to be on-site.

The role:
Reporting into the Finance Director and General Managers, this role will have the ownership of:
Preparing complete management account packs for a multi-site venue including balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis to ensure budgeting and efficiency

Completing payroll reports and managing costs

Posting payroll journal

Build and put into place financial control processes and systems to alleviate risk, maintain records for internal and external audits whilst also ensuring compliance with government regulations and contractual agreements

What we need to see (Essential):

Confident in putting managements accounts together across multisite
Industry experience in venues, hotels, coworking space or real estate would be beneficial
Studying CIMA/ACCA or AAT

What we would like to see:

Previous experience reporting into investors, stakeholders or group level
Passion for working with service led businesses (hotels / restaurants / retail or hospitality outlets)
