The Story
Fintelligent are currently partnered with a c.

£75m t/o technology business with Private Equity backing in sourcing a high calibre Head of FP&A to directly support the CFO and investors in building a high performing commercial function.

You will be directlyresponsible for building multi-layered financial models, presenting key MI to senior stakeholders, board pack creation and supporting company wide strategy.

Alongside, there will be an opportunity to be involved in M&A activities with progression to FD whenproven.


The Role

  • Providing high quality MI to investors and senior stakeholders
  • Providing full financial due diligence on investment opportunities
  • Ownership of board pack generation and production of MI
  • Creating best in class financial models
  • Supporting company wide strategy
  • Involvement in M&A opportunities
  • Developing a newly created commercial function including 3 qualified accountants
  • Working closely with the CFO on other adhoc tasks

The Individual

  • Fully qualified accountant ideally practice trained
  • Strong academics
  • Comfortable engaging C-Level individuals
  • Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to introduce new ideas
  • Comfortable in a high growth environment
  • Exposure to Private Equity is highly advantageous
