Morgan Philips are working with a fantastic business to hire an Employee Relations Team Lead. This is a great opportunity to work as part of a great and highly collaborative People team.

For success in the role, we are looking for applicants with who are CIPD qualified to Level 5 or above and have a proven track record within employee relations; advising line managers on a high volume and variety of People topics.

You'll be interested incoaching, in raising standards and providing pragmatic solutions.
