THE JOB:


  • Lead the Finance and HR Team: making sure they're doing the right things and doing them right and consistent with regards to the policies and principles particularly relating to sustainability
  • Support the senior team and help create growth strategies and plans delivering operational excellence.
  • Support our Head of HR and make sure we have appropriate pay, benefits, training, health and cultural program that help deliver our strategy and create a workplace consistent with our principles.
  • Develop and execute our financial plans, people plans and budgets.
  • Work with banks, financial institutions, and suppliers to make sure we have appropriate funding in place that deliver our strategy in financial safety.
  • Manage the investor relations
  • Lead our legal and insurance relationships
  • Analyse and report on financial performance. Provide insight that informs decisions.
  • Review departmental budgets, outcomes and KPIs with department heads.
  • Monitor key external contracts with suppliers
  • Make sure we comply with all relevant national and international laws and regulations. Particularly relating to financial records, tax and human resources.
  • Assess areas of risk with and identify and implement strategies that mitigate these risks.
  • Set our framework of policies and procedures for internal controls, accounting policies, commercial risk and ensure team compliance.

Reporting to:
Chief Executive


Liaising with:
Entire Team, Board, Suppliers, Customers and Financial Institutions


Salary:
£100k + benefits + share options
