ABOUT THE JOB
gap personnel Bristol are acting as an employment businessand currently looking for 2x Trolley collector based in Bristol, BS5.

The role of a trolley collector is to support the market leader in home furnishing by improving the meeting with the customers and improving customer's satisfaction.

You will do this by meeting the customer's needs through ensuring that they have access to trolleys throughout the store and help them with loading and unloading their goods.


Responsibilities

  • Retrieve trolleys from parking areas and ensure that the customer loading zone remains clear
  • Maintain a balanced trolley flow throughout the store/home delivery areas
  • Contribute to safe working environment for your coworkers, customers and visitors
  • Be helpful, friendly and knowledgeable in all interactions with customers and visitors
  • Contribute to continued customer satisfaction by delivering a good level of service to all visitors requiring assistance in customer loading /pickup & car park areas
  • Be proactive in resolving, or highlighting to your team leader, customer service issues for your customers and visitors
Be proactive, take responsibility, question and put forward suggestions for improvements
