Control Controller - Gainsborough - £25,000 - £27,000

Credit Controller responsibilities include:

Managing a high number of live accounts, including reconciling accounts
Liaising with sales teams and customers to resolve queries and payment plans
Raising credit notes and sending out statements
Continuous improvement, constantly looking at more efficient ways of working and controls
Setting up new customer accounts including credit checking and agreeing credit term
Process direct debt payments
Assist the credit control manager and colleagues with adhoc projects and queries
Previous experience working in a fast paced credit control environment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
Must be IT literate including in Excel
Passionate to learn, grow and develop a long term career with a business
You will be organised, hardworking and have a passion for making a real difference to the business
