ROLE:
Customer Support Analyst


SALARY:
Up To £31,000

LOCATION:
London Bridge - 1 Day Per Week

Due to investment from their international parent company, my client is looking to bolster their Customer Care Team to help with the companies plans of growth.


Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Work to an SLA, make sure all queries and actioned within this timeframe.
  • Being an ambassador and championing the business
  • Partake in ad hoc projects within the team

What you will bring:

  • Ideally knowledge accounts or fiancé prinico0les, as their solution supports these modules for their customers.
  • An inquisitive mind, and the enjoyment of troubleshooting.
  • The right attitude, to help build and maintain relationships.
  • Experience in a previous customer care / 1st Line role.
