We are looking for someone who is an exceptional in providing excellent customer service and has a real passion for helping people.


The job will be handling and progressing complaints from our Government clients and ensuring that each one is dealt with sensitivity and empathy which makes this a very rewarding role.

The team is fully supportive and friendly and as this is a hybrid role where you will be working 2 days in the office (Thursday and Friday)and the rest of the week from home, it gives a perfect work/life balance


What you'll be doing:


  • Log and investigate complaints, liaising with SSCL delivery areas as applicable to resolve complaint, raise as necessary (i.e. a team leader/manager/other group)
  • To schedule and prioritise allocated work daily.
  • Distribute information and when required, work to the other team members or groups.
  • Identify root cause and suggest areas of improvement.
  • Maintain and update information held on a data base or manually and support line management on any extra admin when required.
  • Liaise with internal/external clients.
  • Print/post data/reports/letters as required
  • Maintain records for audit purposes.

It would be great if you had:

  • Able to follow process
  • Numerate.
  • Ability to navigate around and understand use of relevant systems
  • Understanding of HR and Payroll processes, obtained either within SSCL or previous employment
