THE ROLE:

As Membership Administrator you will report to the Leisure and Membership Manager. You will support the membership teams through your administration of memberships and billing.

Some key things you will be responsible for are:

  • Administration of all Resort memberships.
  • Direct debit runs
  • Refunds
  • Walkins, and show rounds
  • Member feedback and enquiries
  • Liaison with Finance on membership budgets

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

  • Attention to detail, and a passion for administration, sales and service.
  • Strong Interpersonal skills, and great telephone technique
  • Strong IT skills with knowledge of Office software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
