THE ROLE - Food and Beverage Supervisor - ME:

As
FB Supervisor your scope will be to support the
ME team Manager by leading your shift and overseeing in the day-to-day performance of the team.


Key things you will be responsible for:
Proficiency in the tasks of Food and Beverage Assistant, including mise en place
cleanliness, setting tables, serving tables with food and drinks, and handling payments
Leading daily briefings and handovers
Organising the daily workload, delegate tasks and co-ordinate breaks
Monitoring performance via checklists and SOPs
Providing feedback, and undertake informal counselling to support improved performance
Supporting the team with any shift challenges
On job training of new employees
Handling and resolving guest feedback
Departmental requisitions
Billing queries, adjustments and recoveries
Cash ups and banking

TO BE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY YOU WILL ALSO NEED:

  • Experience of supervision and of working in similar quality Food and Beverage environment
  • To be thorough, with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly build excellent working relationships
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Basic IT skills with knowledge of Office software and ability to use technology
  • UK Driving Licence preferred due to the shift pattern and spread out nature of the resort
