Customer Booking Co-Ordinator

Huntingdon

£22, 000 (OTE £24,000)

My client in Huntingdon is seeking an organised and clear communicator to join their established team.


Working within their main head office, the main focus of the role will be to liaise with customers and clients in booking service appointments.

You will also be responsible for contacting customers of future service reminders and completing department administration duties. You will be liaising with customer via phone and online and ensuring the highest quality of customer care possible.

You will be working for a dynamic company and receive fantastic employer benefits. Training and development will also be provided.


The role would suit an individual with previous customer service experience within a office / call centre environment and an individual who likes to help and support customers, while promoting the company brand proudly.
