Our client is a specialist Actuarial & Insurance market recruitment consultancy, working with major clients to provide the best in sector solutions.

We are seeking Recruitment Consultant's specialising in Contract Change Management roles, ideally with Insurance sector experience.

The role will require you to work closely with dynamic Insurance businesses as they seek to navigate their nuanced complex business transformation initiatives, from platform migrations and software roll-outs to system integrations, regulatory changes, data optimisation, and automation.

Requirements:


  • Recruitment Consultant 2years+
  • Experienced in sectors, such as: Contract Change Management
  • Sales and marketing skills to attract new business
  • Well organised and focused on detail
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking systems
  • Grammar and creative writing skills to produce best practice written Job Ad copy
  • Understanding of social media platforms
  • Ability to demonstrate a high level of performance in a previous recruitment role.
