Job Type:
Temporary to Permanent


Location:
Grimesthorpe, Sheffield - Office Based

Hours:
Monday to Friday working hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:


  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Customer Experience Coordinators.
  • Conduct performance reviews and support team members' training and development.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation and uphold quality and safety standards.
  • Analyse and correct financial data to maintain accurate projected margins.
  • Act as a key liaison between customers, insurance companies, and contractors.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, addressing materials choices, and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Oversee claims within SLAs, scheduling restoration teams efficiently.
  • Process new instructions, validate scopes, and invoice claims upon completion.
  • Input accurate data into systems and customer portals.
  • Produce reports based on field staff input.
  • Resolve and escalate complaints following FCA guidelines.

Skills and Experience:


  • Previous experience in Construction or Restoration/Reinstatement is advantageous
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Outcomedriven with good organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and on own initiative.
  • Flexibility with working hours.
  • Full understanding of all contracts within your responsibility.
