Accounts Assistant
The role:
- Completion of bank reconciliations
- Weekly and monthly financial reporting duties
- Processing of invoices
- Statement reconciliations
- Matching of invoices, goods received notes and purchase orders
- Filing of statements and invoices
- Processing credit card transactions
- Monitoring employee expenses
- Other ad hoc duties
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
- Computer literate
- A positive cando attitude and willingness to learn
