Accounts Assistant

The role:


  • Completion of bank reconciliations
  • Weekly and monthly financial reporting duties
  • Processing of invoices
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Matching of invoices, goods received notes and purchase orders
  • Filing of statements and invoices
  • Processing credit card transactions
  • Monitoring employee expenses
  • Other ad hoc duties

Essential Criteria

  • Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work both alone and as part of a team
  • Computer literate
  • A positive cando attitude and willingness to learn
