We are working on behalf of one of our clients in the Birtley area who require an experienced Technical Support Customer Advisor to join their team.


Duties of the role:

  • Providing advice and information to customers verbally and electronically
  • Ensuring the customer is left feeling satisfied with the outcome
  • Dealing with contact from contractors, retailers and public
  • Working as part of a team

Experience and attributes:

  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service skills
  • Accustomed to working in a fast paced environment
