Salary:
G7 £29,439- £33,820 per annum
37 hours per week - Fixed Term Contract
The role is initially to the 31st
March 2025 funded through
Department of Levelling Up Housing and Communities.

About the role:
You will be working with rough sleepers and individuals who are repeat homelessness.
As part of this role, you will be supporting vulnerable adults, which include homeless people, former rough sleepers, offenders and those with complex needs who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness.
How you can help:
- You will have the support of an advanced support worker to help you develop in the role and provide high quality customer service to some of the most vulnerable and challenging individuals who live in Walsall.
- Working alongside the Housing & Welfare Officers, you will help to access secure housing for people.
- When the individual is ready, you will support in accessing services that are available to help them deal with issues such as substance misuse and mental health.
- Supporting these customers to develop and improve new and existing skills, knowledge and confidence to break and prevent the cycle of homelessness and sustain independent living is a pivotal part of this role and to support the transition.
