Risca (Office based)
Salary – DOE + bonus scheme (quarterly)
Permanent
Full Time – 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Our client is looking for an experience Mortgage Advisor to join their team on permanent basis.
A wealth of experience in the mortgage industry

• Attend networking events and establish relationships with Professional Connections to grow a client bank.
• Analyse information gathered and undertake sufficient research to make suitable mortgage recommendations.
• Maintain performance standards in accordance with those outlined in the Key Performance Indicators section of the Training and Competence procedures.
• Undertake work in respect of Mortgage Capacity Assessments.
• Keep up-to-date with mortgage deals, products, technical or legislative changes within the marketplace.
• Comply at all times with the Compliance and Training and Competence Procedures of our client's firm.
• Comply at all times with the requirements of the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000, and the FCA Principles, Rules and the Conduct Rules.
