What you'll be doing
As a
Fleet Business Partner you will have the following accountabilities;
- Representing Plant & Fleet Services and ensuring optimum performance of Fleet related activities
- Customer relationship management building on customer segmentation data, and ensuring objectives are captured and delivered
- Present Monthly MI and appropriate KPI's for review monthly with key customer groups and Management Teams.
- Support customer with Group Fleet related policies and assisting as required.
- Proactively work to reduce intercompany debt levels and resolve invoice queries on behalf of both the customer and BBPlant & Fleet
- Collaborate with PFS teams to ensure successful delivery of annual strategic goals and objectives
- Support the development and delivery of the strategic Fleet objectives e.g. alternative fuel strategy, fleet volumes
- Develop and implement client relationship management strategies
- Bid lead for Fleet tenders
- Develop the external HGV hire business
