UK's biggest end-to-end commercial vehicle fleet management business managing and maintaining a fleet of over

90,000 vehicles across 81 locations.

They have an exciting opportunity for a 1st Line Support to join the team based in Solihull.

As a

1st Line Support, you'll play a part in keeping some of the UK's biggest brands on the road, responsible for delivering an efficient and professional service to all customers. You'll be working within a fast-paced Service Desk environment, answer calls, log and triage of tickets. You will need to be able to give technical support to users and customers across a diverse range of systems, platforms, and infrastructure.


Requirements, Skills & Experience

  • Working knowledge of 36
  • NPPV Clearance
  • Exceptional customer service and confident communication skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Desktop operating systems
  • Demonstrate a good level of troubleshooting.
  • PC, laptop and tablet setup and configuration.
  • Basic knowledge of troubleshooting mobile devices.
  • Excellent and friendly attitude when dealing with users/customers both on the phone and in person.
  • Be able to demonstrate your ability to work as part of a team to resolve potentially issues, but also work on your own to perform installations and project work when required.
  • Ideally have 1+ years previous experience in a similar role
  • Full Driving Licence, Ability to travel in the UK as required
