The Faculty of Music wishes to appoint a Deputy Administrator to join its busy administrative team. This is a full-time permanent post.

The Deputy Administrator plays a key and senior role in the Faculty of Music's administrative team.

The Faculty of Music is a small but busy faculty, with a high research profile and a complex portfolio of activity.

The Deputy Administrator has primary responsibility for dealing with all financial matters, including playing a key role in quarterly and budget reviews, all building-related aspects of the Faculty, including acting as Departmental Safety Officer and line-managing the Receptionist, and supporting the Faculty's research activity, including enabling conferences.

They may be asked to lead on certain projects on behalf of the Head of Administration and Finance.

Applicants should have excellent communication and organisational skills.

This full-time role is available from mid-February 2023 or as soon as possible thereafter.

**Interviews are expected be held on Wednesday 18 January 2023 at the Faculty of Music.
