The Catholic Partnership Supply Service is currently working with amazing schools who are currently seeking primary teaching assistants to join our dedicated team for daily assignments for fantastic schools based in Birmingham.

The role of the teacher wouldbe to positively support the pupils in their learning and development.

Your day to day responsibilities, as a teaching assistant, would include 1-1 or group sittings in which you will help the children with their numeracy, literacy and reading skills.

Theideal teaching assistant will have the ability to work as part of a team and to use their own initiative.

As a primary teaching assistant, you might have:

Strong Communication skills.
Plan, deliver and lead activities and lessons.
Be able to manage a classroom.
Be able to use your own initiative and work as part of a team.
Have a positive and creative approach.

The Catholic Partnership Supply Service requires all EYFS Teaching Assistant's to have a fully enhanced DBS check, minimum of two references plus a face-to-face interview.
